RFL is a reinsurance product that utilizes a proprietary software to simplify and streamline the ability to provide an Extended Service Contract (Limited Warranty) product on every eligible repair on your Service Drives. Created by an executive manager of a 20-store auto group, RFL was developed as a true WIN/WIN and has been pilot-tested for over a year within the auto group. Having the ability to pilot it with multiple variations and versions, they were able to test the offer, the client-reception, and the easy-of-use for the advisors and clients. Often it's the case that if the Dealer wins, the client loses. Or, of the client wins, the Dealer loses. With RFL the client gets the peace of mind, transference of risk, and increased confidence in the Dealership. The Dealer benefits by being able to generate additional and untapped revenue, completely paid for by the client, and therefore at NO cost to you - the Dealer.

Virtually nothing – This system will automate the contract and claims 95+% of time. It is stressless and simple because the proprietary software matches the VIN, the Client's Name, and the Part# and RO#. Claims are automated 95% of the time using a 3-step process that takes 30 seconds.
There is a one-time $15 Admin Fee per qualified RO. This Admin Fee is NOT per Repair Operation on the RO, but only based on the completed RO with the applied RFL coverage. This $15 fee is entirely paid for by the client and is NOT paid by the Dealer.
Repaired For Life has a small list of standard items that are excluded. These items are considered "normal wear & tear" items, and additional items normally NOT covered by ESC programs. A full, and complete list is available upon request.
The RFL program will be supported by the entire RFL team, including: RFL Agents, Administrator Staff, and the software team are here to help you succeed with claims, software, remittance, etc.
Yes. As long as the Admin Fee structure has a “grey area” policy in place, the Service Dept. has discretionary control on additional repairs.

Yes. Repaired for Life will provide approved marketing materials for your Dealership. Point of Sale materials, including: fliers, handout's marketing tents, and posters, are all available to support the program.
